It delves into the heart of Ms T’s Slut Club, a unique pole dancing show in Cape Town created for women and the LGBTQIA+ community, and celebrates this radical act of self-love, acceptance, and community.

Ms T's Slut Club and the documentary also serve as a powerful form of advocacy for sex workers. The film challenges the stigma and negative stereotypes often associated with the profession, highlighting the importance of respecting bodily autonomy and safety, advocating for the destigmatisation and decriminalisation of sex work in South Africa and around the globe.

SLUT CLUB invites audiences to connect with their sacred sexuality. The documentary captures this through intimate interviews and evocative visuals. The performers share their experiences of reclaiming their bodies and sexuality, finding empowerment through self-exploration and expression. They speak of honouring their emotions, trusting their intuition, and embracing their vulnerability as pathways to unlocking their divine feminine power.

THE TRANS (R)EVOLUTION is a feature documentary film which journeys with Zoey Black, a transgender woman of colour, as she meets queer and trans people around South Africa. The film is an exploration of the struggle and violences we face, and, more importantly, a grounding of the joys and resilience of what it means to live an ordinary extraordinary life.

THE TRANS (R)EVOLUTION is made by trans and gender diverse people to broaden the scope of trans representation on screen. Trans people in South Africa, and globally, will be able to see themselves represented in the film, with trans stories being told by trans people.

The film is an educational tool for the broader public in developing a language and context for queer and trans people in South Africa, as well as as an advocacy tool for furthering the development of legal and policy protections for transgender people in South Africa, the region and globally.

D.O.G AFTERMOVIE

The Death of Glitter hosted "HOT D.O.G", a daytime party with hot beats and even hotter performances.

D.O.G is a significant and influential queer nightlife event and collective based in Cape Town, South Africa. They is described as a physical embodiment of radical queer expression. Their core manifesto emphasises hedonism as a form of queer resistance, championing unbridled creative expression, and celebrating the ownership of bodies and sexuality.

The Perfect Blend
